Die letzten Tage waren allesamt ziemlich aufregend, New York City ist wirklich eine klasse Stadt, jeder, der einmal die Gelegenheit hat da hinzufahren, sollte diese Chance auch nutzen. Wir waren sehr viel draussen und haben viel gesehen, auch wenn ich fuer die eine oder andere kleine Pause nicht abgeneigt war 
Mit dem Internet war das so ein Problem, wir haben kein vernuenftiges Internetcafe gefunden, deshalb gibts jetzt erst den Newsflash 
Nein, nicht der Privatjet von ZZ Top, sondern der Flieger von Air Canada Jazz, mit dem wir nach New York geflogen sind
Gespenstisch
Schade…dabei hatte ich doch schon so viele Witze über Bomben vorbereitet
Unsere “Absteige”
Wir haben sehr nah am Central Park in einem Hostel gewohnt, in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer, was mich aber nicht gross gestoert hat. Das Wetter war auch sehr gut, waermer als hier in Toronto, mit viel Sonnenschein und nur ein bisschen Regen am Donnerstag. Somit konnte ich kurz nach unserer Ankunft am Montag schon im Pullover nach draussen.
Die Straße, die am Central Park entlangführt…hier sind ganz viele Hotels aneinandergereiht, links liegt direkt der Central Park
Der Central Park mit See (hab vergessen wie der heißt) und im Hintergrund die ersten Gebäude der Großstadt…sozusagen eine Oase in der Betonwüste 
New York, 15 Uhr, die Frisur…naja…hält *hust* Die Falte an meinem Bauch kommt übrigens (noch) nicht vom Bier, sondern von der in meiner Bauchtasche versteckten Kamera
Die Burg von außen…wirklich ein sehr schöner Platz

Selbst die Eichhörnchen laufen hier vogelfrei herum..

Neben vielen guten Restaurants und Bars haben wir natuerlich die bekannten Sehenswuerdigkeiten wie Times Square, Empire State Building oder World Trade Center Site besucht. Auch das Basketballspiel am Mittwoch NY Knicks gg. Miami Heat war einen Besuch wert, auch wenn sich das Spiel der Tabellensituation der beiden Mannschaften angepasst hat Immerhin wars spannend, es gab sogar eine Verlaengerung, die Knicks haben schliesslich 103-96 gewonnen.
Go Knicks go!
Besonders bei Nacht ist NYC eine Augenweide, die vielen bunten Lichter auf dem Time Square sowie am Hafen waren einfach klasse anzusehen. Shoppen waren wir auch, und ich hab jetzt auch das obligatorische Hardrock Cafe-T-Shirt
Einen etwas ausfuehrlicheren Bericht gibt es eventuell in ein paar Tagen noch, jetzt sind wir erst mal wieder in Toronto, und am Sonntag nachmittag fliege ich bereits wieder nach Koeln. Morgen steht uebrigens noch eine Tour zu den Niagara-Faellen an, das dauert auch den ganzen Tag. Vielleicht bin ich abends auch wieder online und schreib nen bisschen was.
